Honestly, it’s a surprise they ever offered shipping to Russia. From what I’ve heard from some vendors, it is really common for packages to get lost or be returned to sender at customs - and that was before the war. I guess your stuff just won’t make it through if you’re not bribing the right officials, and the average keeb vendor definitely isn’t doing that.

No idea about Kazakhstan, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a similar story. It might not just be your keeb vendor scamming you.
