I think they do eventually stretch out. I have 5 pairs of them and most of them fit fairly narrow at first. I also have wider feet on the whole. But I think that over time they somewhat mold to your foot and get a little bit wider.
Also depends on the materials and even just which shoe it is. I have the bacon air max 90s and they’re leather so they feel a bit stiffer. The ones that I customized with Nike by you are the most comfortable and widest, but maybe that’s because they’re the ones I’ve worn the most.
