I’ve found some mascaras just flake more than others. Some I have this issue with and some I don’t. I’ve found Benefits Roller Lash & Bang! mascaras to not do this as well as Tarte’s Maneater… (safe) however the Better Than Sex mascaras always do this as well as significant fallout on my lower eyelid.

I’m low vision, well, low enough, nearly a -10 in both eyes with astigmatism in both. My contacts don’t allow me to see close enough to deal with my eyebrows, my glasses obviously hinder, and to get close enough without contacts to see my eyebrows there’s not enough room to get tweezers in there (LOL).

I apply my makeup with my contact lenses in… and then remove the contacts and clean them thoroughly to get rid of fallout etc… and then put them back in… and touch things up that got smudged. Mascara is after this.

I’d lean toward the fact that hexadecimal colors are hard to interpret without an understanding of their representation/function, assuming that is what you are referring to.

Manufacturers of bras can’t even properly size or offer reasonable size ranges off-the-rack, I can’t imagine makeup manufacturers going to any more trouble.
