Honestly you have to go through trial and error to find your way to a flawless application. There are people who refuse to use anything but their fingers and get a flawless application which I just can’t understand. Play around, try concealer with a primer one day, try it with a moisturizer the next and then try it without. Try with a beauty blender, try with a brush and then set with a loose powder or a pressed powder. Try different application techniques too.
Experiment. It’s the only way lol. If you do feel like you’re too cakey every time, try using a fluffy eyeshadow brush instead of a beauty blender/concealer brush to blend and spraying with fix+ after powder.
