Tubing mascara is the only thing that’s worked for my sensitive eyes. I like Blinc’s original formula, but it does get flaky as the tube starts to dry out. I tried Essence Bye Bye Panda Eyes but didn’t care for it. It flakes on me from the get-go and didn’t remove like a true tubing mascara (with the “spider legs” as people call them).
It’s been ages since I tried them, but I remember Portland Black Lipstick Company having the coolest shades. I loved their shade Chthonique (dark metallic green-black) but it seems like it’s been discontinued. I don’t think they have any duochromes, but I loved their metallics.
