I have just perfected this! Concealer by Rose inc - without a doubt the best I’ve ever used and I’ve used a lot. Coupled with (and this is imperative) their fluffy concealer brush. You could use a different one but it’s got to be fluffy. Dot on a tiny amount, then buff with the brush. It is FLAWLESS, even over my extremely textured areas. Smooths out like you wouldn’t believe. So much so that I have gone from using full coverage foundation to just this concealer by itself.
