I don’t know if it’s a medical thing or not, but I do know that it has as much to do with your socks as your shoes.
Make sure you have moisture wicking socks. Feetures, Nike Dri-fit, smartwool, etc.
Any mesh shoe will be ventilated better than leather/pleather or anything that is waterproof.
Make sure you get comfortable shoes. The ones you posted look awful for comfort so make sure to try them on.
Make sure they’re right for the application. If you need business casual work shoes try knit or canvas.
Let your shoes dry out. Don’t wear the same ones all the time - they’ll wear down quicker and hold on to moisture. Alternate shoes daily. I use shoe trees for leather shoes and I keep the paper/cardboard insert for others to help them keep shape and soak up moisture.
Shoes like that can be a bit stiff at first. I have a pair of expensive leather shoes that I wore for too long the first day and gave me a blister on my toe for a week.
After that I wore them a bit at a time, got thinner socks and they’ve broken in so that they’re fine now.
Get shoe trees and keep them in there when not wearing. Wear them in short stints - 15 mins to the store and back, around the house for a bit, etc.
The leather should stretch and form to your foot as you wear them more often.
