This is how I got it back from RSC a week later after they fixed it within warranty. I am finally happy now.

I got a 2023 Sep dated sub. When I got home, I realized the bezel was slightly misaligned to the left by 0.1 minute. (0.2 bezel click). I tried to live it with it at first but my OCD eventually won and decided to send it in.

I swear every submariner I see has a misaligned bezel.

Honestly embarrassing since Tudors don’t have this issue

I know it can be annoying. Just use the bezel for it’s intended purpose and you’ll never know. The first weeks of ownership of a new watch will have us finding everything wrong with it. If your bezel is the biggest issue you’re doing okay.

You are actually right, I totally used it to time my cup noodles cooking, during which I was happy for that 3 min. Once the noodles were cooked and I tried (in vain) to set to bezel back to 12 sharp, the depression sets in again. It pearl was either slightly to the left or to the right! I was at RSC the next morning.

Send it back honestly. That’s shoddy work. Unless you’re fine with it, send it back.
