Bulova marine star or citizen eco drive
My vote is something gold or something with a leather strap. Maybe a Tsuyosa, Seiko tank, Bulova Frank Sinatra, or PRX. Gold would be my #1 choice as this is a nice accomplishment. Congrats on graduating.
I got a Tissot Visodate. Might be a bit higher than your price point but it’s really dressy and nice. I had a similar collection to you before btw.

Keeping the Japanese theme - Citizen Tsuyosa, Seiko Speedtimer Solar or Seiko 5 Sports GMT. Probably Tsuyosa as something a bit more ‘special’ rather than ‘tool watch’.
I think it’s time to go beyond japan. They are great watches, but you need something swiss. Hamilton may be. Got mine a year ago
