Do you wear makeup? Do you have sensitive skin that makeup irritates?

What are some good products? What are some products to stay away from?

You’re not weird, and no, not all girls wear makeup. But if she keeps pressuring you, ask her to take you to something like the Clinique counter and have them show you their 3-step skin care. If you take care of your skin, you won’t need “makeup”. You should cleanse your face at night, use toner if you feel greasy, and a mild moisturiser. Eye cream is also important. Tap it in, don’t rub! Make sure your eyebrows are in good shape and dark enough to frame your eyes. A tinted lip gloss/balm is good to have for winter. Pick a mineral sunscreen to wear if you will be outside. Mineral- not chemical. Olay and Clinique make good ones. Lastly, and ONLY IF YOU WANT TO, a smudge of eyeliner or shadow along the lash line, and a washable mascara (Clinique or Maybelline in the pink and green tube) can be fun if you want to play with the basics. But no, not all girls wear makeup, and if you are confident in yourself without it, you’re doing something right.
