I requested “gum sole” and there was a slight mix up.
No clue but some big shit is going down, stock ASM was just let go and the position was removed entirely, lots of people jumping ship or doing whatever they can to throw people under the bus to maintain positions in management. Was asked by an ASM the other day if I’d consider vans long term, told them fuck no.
A close friend of mine said it’s for census purposes, apparently it saved the company 35 mill or so. They said every management position with two employees cut the less senior employee, super shitty for sure considering the “severance”

It’s been slowly happening over the past year and a half or so, lot of my fr rienda in former management positions have left, floor soups don’t stick around whatsoever anymore, and ASM’s get promised their own store but never get them have been leaving too, VFC is running the brand into the ground, it’s why we have a sale every single week now + 70% most of the time for apparel for associated
