You’re unlikely to find the same or similarly close colourway that’s in production but checkout brands like Simpson, OMP, Alpinestars, Racequip, Stand21, Sparco, Zamp, K1 Racegear, Momo, and Bell. They have different levels of shoes that are at different price points based on safety rating. Maybe you can find a colourway that she’d like.
Most will make custom since that’s what they do for Motorsport teams. I know OMP and Stand21 do it for sure, but just be aware that we’re talking about custom SFI/FIA-rated racing shoes and that costs considerably.
