I had spotted this watch recently and fell in love with dial and size. I’m not sure if this style is common and if I can find it for less. I am aware of Seiko as a brand since I always see it advertised at the local mall. Is $600 fair? or can I find a similar 44mm with that style of dial for less.

I only have a few watches in my collection and would like to add this style to my collection for a reasonable price. If this seiko is the only one like this, then I consider this watch as reasonably priced. I’m not married to the brand, and any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    I have one. Absolutely love it. I have some nicer watches, as much as $4k in value, but this one is the closest to a daily driver. It’s just got a great shape and a killer dial.

    Got mine from Amazon a couple years ago for around the $425 price. The stock rubber strap is surprisingly good, Seiko isn’t known for having the best straps, but this one has a great feel and is very comfortable. But I also recommend checking out a steel bracelet for it from StrapCode. They have 3-4 options designed specifically for the Samurai. The Hex one makes this watch a tank (if you like a heavy tool watch aesthetic).
