I purchased from GOAT in February a pair of Banned 1’s. I sold them on eBay this past week, & eBay is certain they are fakes. Spoke with multiple representatives on eBay support & they confirmed multiple authenticators agreed the shoes were fake. I now opened a dispute with GOAT, who said the shoes are no longer within the return policy. What can I do?

I agree with this, but what if goat claims OP swapped out the “real” pair they sold him, with a fake? I could see this happening

This is pretty much exactly what will happen. There’s no way to prove that the pair is the original one that GOAT sold.

Depending on your state, you can probably sue them in small claims court. You don’t need a lawyer, just have all the evidence and paperwork. They’ll most likely not show up and you’ll win by default anyway.

how is it cool to purposely sell the next guy a pair of fakes? This is why it’s better to just buy reps to begin with
