I purchased from GOAT in February a pair of Banned 1’s. I sold them on eBay this past week, & eBay is certain they are fakes. Spoke with multiple representatives on eBay support & they confirmed multiple authenticators agreed the shoes were fake. I now opened a dispute with GOAT, who said the shoes are no longer within the return policy. What can I do?

eBay is horseshit and full of alleged “experts” but they regularly perma ban accounts without any justifications and then refuse to provide details as to why the account was considered to be in violation of their T.o.S. I have doubts in their ability to authenticate anything not currently marketed/readily available to use as a reference tbh and would avoid using their platform if possible.

Ebay purchased Sneaker Cons’ authentication business. So shoes have to go to the authenticator before being shipped to the buyer. I assume those would be itens with “Authentication Guaranteed”.

They wouldnt authenticate my yeezys when i bought them straight from adidas. They claimed that someone mightve bought a pair from adidas, switched them out with fakes, returned them to adidas and then I receievd the fakes. Nobody was returning yeezys in 2018/19
