I purchased from GOAT in February a pair of Banned 1’s. I sold them on eBay this past week, & eBay is certain they are fakes. Spoke with multiple representatives on eBay support & they confirmed multiple authenticators agreed the shoes were fake. I now opened a dispute with GOAT, who said the shoes are no longer within the return policy. What can I do?

Call your bank and explain that you were sold fake/replica shoes for the price of the real shoe. They will reimburse you. GOAT doesn’t even care as long as they keep slanging fakes all day. I had the same problem recently with a pair of Nike SB Dunks in the Classic Green colorway. They refused to take them back because it was outside the return window of 72hours. That policy is absolutely ridiculous! GOAT deserves as many chargebacks as they get.
