I purchased from GOAT in February a pair of Banned 1’s. I sold them on eBay this past week, & eBay is certain they are fakes. Spoke with multiple representatives on eBay support & they confirmed multiple authenticators agreed the shoes were fake. I now opened a dispute with GOAT, who said the shoes are no longer within the return policy. What can I do?

They do not give out details when it fails for authenticity. The reasoning is to prevent actual scammers from learning and adjusting their fakes to then pass.

If it fails for any other reason, they will state the exact reason it did not pass, so the seller can make the adjustment in the listing.

Ah yeah that makes sense, but is simultaneously unfortunate. Yeah I think OP is stuck here unfortunately.
