I purchased from GOAT in February a pair of Banned 1’s. I sold them on eBay this past week, & eBay is certain they are fakes. Spoke with multiple representatives on eBay support & they confirmed multiple authenticators agreed the shoes were fake. I now opened a dispute with GOAT, who said the shoes are no longer within the return policy. What can I do?

Reselling through GOAT is an option of course, as others shared, but if they fail, they are still not going to back track and say they will honor the initial purchase through them. They will just ship them back to you and charge you shipping. Your best bet is to go to your bank and let them know they sold you fakes. Take all communication with you from eBay. Also, run through Check Check and/or Legit App. More separate parties in agreement is better for you. This means multiple parties agree they’re fake. There is a law stating goods advertised as real, but sold as fake, is illegal. I had this happen to me on the NTWRK app, and had to stand on this law to get my money back. But, the kicker is, I had both of those legit apps separately agree, the shoes were fake. GOAT is not going to help you. They are pricks. Best of fortune to you!
