Hi y’all, I am not sure if I’m just overwhelmed with the amount of makeup I have or if I’m just not comfortable doing it at my vanity anymore? Do you guys do yours in the bathroom? Carry a bag through out the house? Do you have a lot of makeup in one spot? Do you bring your stuff to work and do it when you get there?
I guess I’m asking what works best for you?
I have an old vintage vanity that was my great aunt’s. My mom had it for a long time as her desk, and gave it to me a few years ago. I love it so much. It has these solid wood drawers with curved edges on the inside that make things ridiculous to store, but also just feel super fancy. It was a big upgrade from standing in the bathroom, although sometimes it encourages me to buy more things because I have space for them. I used to just have a train case and if it didn’t fit, I didn’t buy it. But yeah, it makes me feel like a classy lady when I do my makeup and I love that it’s a bit of a family heirloom!
