I LOVE wearing falsies! I wear em almost everyday cause they boost my confidence so much (dw my lashes are fine. They are healthy, just not as long or full as I’d like.) I mainly wear everyday to sometimes dramatic if i’m wearing eyeshadow. I don’t use itsy bitsy lashes but i’m also not wearing 25mm ones. I feel like almost every single post/comment on here are trashing on them and now i’m feeling insecure about them 🥲

I love them. I’ve stopped wearing them everyday when on days where I have a little extra time I always put them on. It is a HUGE confidence boost.

The dramatic ones look really awful on everyone. For artistic looks and photos they look fine, but they do not look elegant or even remotely nice to me cuz it just looks hilarious. It doesn’t elevate any makeup look once it gets too full. Just my opinion though and I do love when people enjoy it. Just not to my personal taste.

I’m in the same boat!!! I always do a heavier eyeliner so smaller lashes for me just don’t look right, I do bit bigger of lashes.

I agree with some comments, yeah they can be a bit much sometimes, but personally pulls the look instead of small lashes or my natural lashes that never holds mascara !!!

I love the look of falsies if they’re done well.

However, I’ve seen girls go around with 5 inch lashes literally look like a plant growing out of their face.

Everything depends on how you do it.

I really love mine. But… IDK. The ones I wear, I bet most of the people who shit talk falsies wouldn’t know I was wearing them? My favorite set are really close to my natural hair color instead of black, and when I apply them right, the main giveaway that they aren’t just good mascara is that they’re a lot denser than my real lashes. I mainly use them because mascara can so easily bleed all over your face in humid weather, and lashes are so easy to apply once you get used to it. Sometimes I even wear them without fixing my dark circles, with just like, pore primer and blush and liner. So… IDK. I think when I do that, people mostly don’t notice.

I think most of the hate is just the trend cycle. Things move in and out of style.

Beezy. I bought falsies that have color bits and tiny butterflies on them like some weird fairy antennae. They look fake AF on me and i absolutely adore them. I wear ones that reach my eyebrows and are thicker than a pact with the devil. But I’m not going for natural, I have a very alternative aesthetic.

I think it’s more difficult if you’re going for a natural look, but it can be done. If you’re not, I think other people who prefer a natural aesthetic think you’re misinterpreting how you appear. As long as you aren’t trying to convince others that your Llama lashes are au naturale, I don’t see why you would care what other people think you should look like.

I have always had dark, long lashes. I’ve also never been dramatic with my makeup. I think they look great on other people, though.

Tbf, I do regularly get a lift and tint. If I put on mascara, my lashes look more dramatic to my liking (and hit my brows) so I would feel insecure with falsies or extentions.

I feel like if others like them, I love them. Anything that makes someone feel confident is a win in my book.

You do you. Fake lashes look pretty imo. I also always compliment girls who get crazy lash extensions.

Honestly, it depends, sometimes they look awful like when the lashes are all the same length thats tacky af but when they have that “fluff” to them they look brilliant. Also lashes that cover up any bright eye makeup are a no go but falsies that are long and over the top are so gorg tho, like they really can be used to an advantage.

To be honest, I just can’t figure out how to put them on without it feeling like I’m getting poked.
