It says you like to stick to what you like but are consistent. Good taste and collection, not ones I would own but I appreciate them.

Nice to see a fellow Vostok fan here. My tiny “collection” is similar to yours, a few cheap digital quartz Casio’s, and a recently purchased Vostok Komandirskie ref. 020607. The Vostok is my first ever mechanical watch, and for having paid less than 100 dollars for it, I’m pretty happy with what I’ve got.

    You like Vostok

…but so do I. The Neptune is such a good watch, despite a couple of quirks

The Ball is also beautiful. Not a single boring watch here, otherwise

A practical guy that perhaps likes maintaining/repairing older things and likes his watches to have some character and would rather get something that spoke to him personally than something more conventional.

I’d say you’re very conservative and don’t follow trends. You like basic, proven brands or designs. But you won’t hesitate to buy an offbeat/all white Watch because you like the hour indices or something.Or someone special gave it to you.
