Pandemic bubble—overall good to echo some of my purchases and some made me think more. How I bought and what I bought back in these years past has changed. The spell has receded in the rear view mirror and cash is dear again. The endorphin hit can be examined — travel and living costs are soberly compared to buying another watch. Won’t buy a Rolex now any more than I could get a Calatrava grail. It may not be about the price but that fiscal sanity is solidly back to make it a sharp sting.
