Has anyone else had this experience? I’m a total makeup lover and I thought that once I had the opportunity to wear makeup everyday I would really enjoy it. Previously I’ve had to get up too early and a job that doesn’t really fit the vibe. Now I have the opportunity to wear it every day and I realizes I don’t like it. Makeup is my hobby and it feels like I’m not doing it for me anymore if I do it everyday. I’m kind of surprised by this honestly. I tried it for a bit but just felt very unlike myself. I love the idea of wearing makeup all the time but I think it’s just not my thing. Guess I’ll always be a evenings out and weekends makeup kind of girl.
I work at Sephora and yeah, I almost always wear makeup but a lot of times it’s just a skin tint or tinted moisturizer, mascara and eyebrows.
If I want to do a full face I’m gonna but it doesn’t need to be every day. Nobody should ever fall into the trap of thinking they have to wear makeup every day. If you’re not enjoying it anymore…don’t do it.
