I have shopped from them twice. The first time it went smoothly and without any problems. The second time, unfortunately, I never received the paid order (about 150 euros). I contacted them several times by e-mail, trying to find out when I would receive the shipment, but was only brushed off with assurances that the package would be sent soon.
After two months of waiting, I asked for a refund, to the credit card I used for payment, but received no response to my request. I never ordered from them again.
