I don’t have a good recommendation for thin insoles, but I will offer up what I do to help combat the pinky-toe killer. I use foot cushion dots on the inside where my pinky rubs and it’s helped quite a lot, and once the shoe breaks in I replace it with a new dot and they fit great.
