So I hit on both but at the bottom of my invoice I don’t see the eql fee do they take it out after in a separate transaction really don’t want my order cancelled.

I hit on both. Saw my credit card charged for both. I have sent two emails regarding tracking and have not had a reply yet. Called store in ATL and was advised to send a second email with urgent in subject line. Does anyone know how long they take to reply to emails and subsequently how long they take to ship out orders?
Do you suggest I do the same ?
