So I hit on both but at the bottom of my invoice I don’t see the eql fee do they take it out after in a separate transaction really don’t want my order cancelled.

    Did they ship out your shoes yet? I won the raffle and they took the money out my bank but have yet to get any update on tracking or anything

    Contact Support@eql.com, I had the same thing happen on my Dawn pair and they said they’d try charging again and did so (unless you were charged on your bank statement)

      I also tried contacting this email addy - support@eql.com twice and both times got a mail delivery notification saying that email address does not exist. Im super confused, lol.

    I hit on both. Saw my credit card charged for both. I have sent two emails regarding tracking and have not had a reply yet. Called store in ATL and was advised to send a second email with urgent in subject line. Does anyone know how long they take to reply to emails and subsequently how long they take to ship out orders?

    On both my dawn and dusk raffle win announcements my eql fee was at the bottom. Did you check your card to see if it got charged?
