I’ve noticed that when people talk about “best highlighter” they never specify what kind like I heard wet and wild ones are good but when I tried it it looked very sheer not sparkly just almost dirty idk. I used to love the cover fx but that’s so expensive what do y’all recommend
For your description I would go either Haus Labs bio radiant gel powder highlighter in moonstone, or makeup by Mario soft glow highlight in opal. Both are glittery and extremely pale
