I’ve noticed that when people talk about “best highlighter” they never specify what kind like I heard wet and wild ones are good but when I tried it it looked very sheer not sparkly just almost dirty idk. I used to love the cover fx but that’s so expensive what do y’all recommend

It’s the Bright Light Highlighter for $10 in a bunch of different shades. e.l.f. Cosmetics also has the Halo Glow Highlight Beauty Wand in a few different shades as well for $9 you can probably try both at Ulta

      The halo glows looked bad asf on me I’m like paper pale white so 99% of highlighters look awful on me it’s a weird struggle I also can’t use most makeup brands since they don’t make foundation light enough for me :(
