Hey Watch Gang!
My dad is retiring in 2024 after a 35 year career in the Air Force. Obviously this is an incredible milestone in his life and I want to get him a nice watch to celebrate the occasion. I’ve narrowed it down to the following 3 watches and was hoping I could get some help as I don’t know the first thing about them.
Tissot - Le Locle Powermatic 80
Tissot - Chemin Des Tourells Powermatic 80
Tissot - Classic Dream Swissmatic
Any help would be greatly appeciated!

So, the criteria (from your three very excellent options) I see are as follows:
Budget of U$350-500
Dress-style watch (no number indices unless Roman numerals, hold the lume, clean dial except perhaps a date window, leather or metal bracelet only)
Mechanical/automatic movement, preferably Swiss
New (not used or vintage)
Based on these criteria (feel free to correct me if I’ve drawn some inaccurate conclusions), I may have a few more options to recommend:
Glycine Combat Classic GL0453 (silver dial)
Glycine Combat Classic GL0454 (black dial)
Seiko Presage Cocktail Time SRPB46 (rose gold, coffee dial)
Islander Brookville ISL38 (“sunburst” navy blue dial)
Orient Symphony IV (dark blue dial)
