I’ve tired a few different liners, the best I’ve found is wet n wild mega liner (don’t think it’s actually water proof just last a while) and NYX epic wear. I’ve noticed both get extremely flaky when it’s applied a couple times over. Just looking for more recommendations for long lasting liners that aren’t flaky

The Stila liquid liner is my goat. I’ve been wearing it for ages. Never smudges, never flakes, even with my semi hooded eyes and oily skin. Idk if it’s actually waterproof either, but it’s very sturdy.
Stila’s All Day Long waterproof liquid eyeliner is the bomb. Lasts all day. It’s pricey but worth it.
