I’ve always done my foundation first and then eye makeup afterward. If I get any glittery eyeshadow on my face it’s hard to get off. So my question is a little chicken or the egg. Do you all do your eye makeup first or your foundation first??

    I do my face, then my eyes. If there’s any fallout, I just put a little moisturizer on a qtip and wipe off the mistake.
