I’ve always done my foundation first and then eye makeup afterward. If I get any glittery eyeshadow on my face it’s hard to get off. So my question is a little chicken or the egg. Do you all do your eye makeup first or your foundation first??

Tinted moisturizer first and then eyes. Or just eyes and no “foundation” of any kind, and maybe some blush.
