hello I have a problem with my Seiko SPB245J watch. I wind my watch in the morning at 8 a.m. (approximately 20-25 revolutions). I wear it all day until 7 p.m. Earlier I noticed that it had stopped at 9 p.m… I don’t understand since according to the characteristics its charge reserve is 70 hours… is there a problem with my watch? Or am I not winding it up enough? thanks in advance

It’s an automatic so there should not be any need for winding, especially after wearing it. After you wear it for an entire day, you should be able to take it off and it shouldn’t need winding for ~70 hours. Did you by any chance feel anything in the movement while winding, like something breaking? That shouldn’t be the case since the movements have overwind protection, but maybe you were too hard on the crown? I would take it back to the shop, just tell them the power reserve is not holding and see what’s happening.
