You can use a dry clean mascara brush to brush off splattered mascara without irritating the eye so much, or sometimes I dab on. A bit of coverup or foundation to blend it out.
Setting powder and/or spray will keep even your natural look from disappearing quickly, I think. I use both. I have oily to normal skin, tho, but it makes my makeup still going strong literally 14 hours later. I get ready for work at 5am and don’t get home until 8pm and on Sunday I did almost 7 miles/17000 steps and sweated through a premature newborn isolette and other patient cared and the only thing even half mucked up was my eye shadow.
