Mine is clusterfuck after clusterfuck. 7 or 8 orders with the throughout the years, literally zero completed without issues. For all of my orders, I had to ask for a tracking number about 10 days after ordering because they dont send you one and it was basically then when they actually bothered to pack and actually ship my parcels. Always full of excuses, never taking responsibility for their failures. Just take a look at their discord, every third announcement is an excuse of some sort.
