It varies. If you order and get your stuff normally, then its fine. But if you have a slight problem, the customer support could be a fucking chore to deal with. Sometimes they reply to email really fast and then no response for couple of days, or at some cases dont reply at all. It came to the point I had to turn to discord for help where I also got ignored plenty of times but after spamming the same question they would kinda sorta help.
TLDR: Theyre fine if you dont have any problems with your order
Some people are just irresponsible and dont take care of their own stuff. You can sometimes see pics in the subreddit with disgusting keyboards filled with all kinds of shit.
