It depends. If you’re trying to invest in it or if you like it. Personally, if it is 100% real then I would buy it but what matters is what you like and your intended use!

Happy 5th anniversary! I think you should go with your favourite of the bunch. The in-house movement thing doesn’t matter (sometime in-house movements can be a disadvantage). I am also a lefty and think the Tudor Pelagos LHD is a great option but The L.U.C GMT ONE is a great watch to comemorate such a big occasion!
All up to you! Hope this helped.
Congrats! I think it will be fine as long as it isn’t being thrown around. When the time comes to give it to him, you should go to a watch shop to give it a check-up and set it to the correct time. Otherwise, buy a watch winder and store it in there. Another option is to ask a professional in a watch shop.
Hope this helps!
It depends on your budget. If he is going to be playing sports with the watch, I would say go with a G-shock. But if it is for everyday use, The Seagull 1963 is a mechanical chronograph which is stunning.
I think go with the Tissot. I have a Tissot for my first watch and I think it is amazing!
If you’re interested in divers, the Orient Kamasu is a great watch for the price.
Also Happy turning 18!
Very nice collection! If you want to add a bit of color, you can always buy a nato (or nylon) strap. They always have many designs. In terms of brands, there are many for nato straps from big brands: omega, longines, etc… but my favorite is BluShark straps since they have good enough quality for a good price.
If your don’t like nato straps then a nice leather strap will go great with the Grand Seiko!
Hope that solves your problem!
Field Watch! My recommendation: The Seiko Alpinist!
If your willing to spend 50 bucks, then Cablemod has great options!
