  • Gonna give this PSA, but you reap what you sow Percent!

Do not give Percent Studios any of your money, unless you wanna struggle for months wondering where you order is or have issues with terrible QC and design.

I went in on the Trio60 with them and then a friend of mine went in on the Trio75. Percent oversold on the Trio60s and rather than notify affected customers, they plain just didn’t say anything. Then when fulfillment started and I asked for updates, they generated a fake shipping label telling me it was on its way. I waited over 2 extra months and that label stayed at label created. Kept messaging them and they ghosted me. So then I tried filling for a dispute with my bank and suddenly they responded. They apologize and said they would ship, but to cancel my dispute. I thankfully didn’t cancel, I waited the extra 3 months from dispute opening to resolution. During this time Percent also offered a partial refund for the delay. This was already over 6 months since the board had started fulfilling. They generated a 2nd fake label to fight my dispute, but after those 3 months of waiting from my bank the label again was stuck at Label Created. I think the main guy blocked me on Discord. I wasn’t the only one who got taken for a ride though. There were others who had the same experience as me, some regrettably waited.

My friend who joined the Trio75 also had a terrible experience. His order was delayed for months with Percent not giving any updates on the delays. When he finally got his board it was scuffed, somehow it was missed by QC and then on top of that all PCBs and plates had interference. Percent was radio silent on fixing this issue or providing partial refunds or replacements. It took the community some modding to fix the interference.

These people are terrible. They will gladly take your money and make you wait, track ghost labels, and take zero responsibility with defects. Do not give them any money! They have also had a terrible track record with shipping out faulty PCBs and most of the time, they don’t sell extra PCBs so you are sol with a paper weight. This happened with the Skog TKL and Canoo. You can read the horror stories here or on YouTube. Many of those GB participants were ghosted and got stuck with their dead boards with no way of fixing them.
