11 months agoSince it’s for an existing keyboard, ie the corne, it’s very likely that QMK (the most common firmware) already have the columns and rows defined. Look at the firmware for the Corne and follow how it’s set up and solder to those pins in that order. That’s a lot easier than the opposite.
Offering you a refund to keep it isn’t to not honor the terms. That’s perfectly acceptable to offer and very much something you would have to expect.
However if they past you clearly refusing that won’t give you the option to return the package, that’s another matter.
