Are you using the wrong undertone, OP? When I used to use red-based foundations my face always looked so washed out, because I have a yellow-green undertone.
I know that ‘Barcelona’ is quite peachy, have you tried a foundation with cooler tones? Or even adding a blue colour correcting pigment into your current foundation?
I deep clean every two to three weeks, but spot clean with a fast drying brush cleanser every week (sometimes more if I use brought coloured eyeshadow or blush and want to switch it up the next day)
For a pencil option, Maybelline ‘Smokey’ eyeliner is great on the lash line and it smudges well but sets down and doesn’t budge after this.
Like others have said, NYX have great liquid options and I love their ‘Epic Ink Liner’ - the best drugstore option I’ve found! I would just say make sure you get the felt tip version rather than the ink pot as it has much better control :)
