I’m a Rouge member and all day I’ve been trying to place my order for the VIB sale to no avail.
Are there really that many Rouge members trying to place orders that it’s crashing their app?!

Yes, I have had to send an email to customer service as it won’t let me check out. Frustrating
The one thing I really wanted was already sold out by the time I was able to place an order and it’s limited edition so probably won’t be restocked🙃
The app is crashing nonstop. I’m about to give up.
