How much are you looking to spend? Want to be husband of the year? Mine got me Wayne Goss and rephr. Rephr is having a half off sale making them less insanely priced. They are the cheapest you’ll probably find natural goat hair Japanese style. This is the complete eye set: https://rephr.com/products/complete-eye-set This is the complete face set: https://rephr.com/products/complete-face-set I hope that helps! Oh. Get her some soap too to wash them: https://rephr.com/products/brush-soap I like them so much I got a few of my favorites for my mom, too. If you don’t want to go that expensive, I can recommend my favorites out of the sets you can buy individually, but I think the sets are even a better deal than individuals. For the price, it’s the best you can do in my opinion. If you want to go higher, there’s plenty more but I think these are great. Sigma and Bk beauty have good reputations, but these are my favorite. Well Wayne Goss’ are my favorite but these are a better financial choice.

  • My favorites I’ve bought lately (I’ve bought a TON) -Dyson Airstrait (the airwrap is still in the trying to figure it out stage) but this one is a game changer.

    • Olaplex and Redken stuff
    • Natasha Denona I need a nude palette (my favorite)
    • Makeup by Mario ethereal eyes (carry these?)
    • tower 28 brown mascara- unreal good!
    • it cosmetics full coverage foundation -Nars foundations
    • Patrick ta foundation and contour
    • charlotte tilbury mini blush/highlighter set
    • Givenchy powder (not sure if at ULTA)
    • kosas powder
    • smashbox primer
    • tarte primer in the pot
    • Patrick ta eyeshadow palettes

  • I’m new to it (yet old at almost 40) and I’m doing it just because I love this stupid hobby. I’ll review what I buy, but otherwise it’s just chatty + makeup. Maybe hair sometimes. I just don’t have a daughter to pass this info on to and decided to give it to anyone who wanted it. I definitely prefer the old school tutorial and chatty GRWM videos. There’s a time for product reviews but it’s a bit overloaded this time of year.

  • Primer: big pores- tarte putty or benefit porefessional Concealer; Natasha Denona Foundation: nars, Prada, or for fuller coverage Estée Lauder double wear Powder: Givenchy loose or kosas pressed. Essence banana powder for drugstore Blush: too many! Essence baked for drugstore, rare beauty, charlotte tilbury, or nars are my favorite but really blush is blush Bronzer: benefit Contour: nyx wonderstix Highlighter: so many!! Brows: nyx Shadow: Natasha Denona palettes Eyeliner: L’Oréal felt tip Mascara: tower 28 or CoverGirl Lips: senegence for long wear

I’m madly in love with my ND palettes and rotate daily between glam, need a nude, and Mario’s ethereal eyes. Maybe it’s not a good fit for your skin? I have no idea. I also heard she changed formulas a long time back? I do put foundation and concealer that I set with powder when I set under my eyes so maybe that’s why it behaves well on me?
