I CANNOT express to you how little I know about makeup. I didn’t know what bronzer was until yesterday. I need a tutorial that explains things to me like I crawled out of the womb an hour ago. I’ve been looking, but all the tutorials I find are so overwhelming, always listing 50 different products and glossing over important details. I need minimalism, the simplest of simple. If anybody can give me a link to one like this, I’ll be very grateful.
Idk what exactly your level is but Wayne goss is great imo. He goes into great detail about every product he uses and he has tutorials that explain face shapes and undertones which could be important to you if you want to wear a full face or even foundation. If he’s too much for you, try to come back to him later. His tutorials are the most informative that I know of that start from scratch.
I started out with Michelle Phan
I think emily noel had a video up for beginners. If i remember its a drug store starter kit and she shows what shes using and applying them in the process.I enjoyed her make up for beginners when i started to explore more…Easy and shes lovely.
I’m not sure if they’re still up as they’re older, but still great info. Look up the Basics Series on Pixiwoo channel

The Makeup Chair has an absolute beginners guide. It really takes you from no knowledge to a nice understanding of the steps.
