My Grandfather has gotten the same exact watch three separate times. Would they be able/willing to do anything to help fix the issue? All other months, it was a different watch. This is quite confusing as to why it’s happening.

Pretty sure that they guarantee a different watch every delivery. (Or at least they did when I was a member back in 2019)
Obviously mistakes happen and usually a reach out to their over the top customer service would get it sorted in most cases.
Not had the pleasure of them for a few years though so not sure if their model has changed along the way.
