Anyone else finding the new skate slip ons super tight on top of your foot? Even though these are slightly longer than the classics, they are meeega tight on top. Im sure this if beneficial for skating but a lil painful! I got the classic checker ones which are more durable canvas and they seem tighter than the suede skates.
I hate them too, i ended up stuffing the toe area with some socks and steaming them up. It’s got a bit better.
Yeah I had to swap out the insoles but once you break them in they should, in theory, fit perfectly
It has more durable fabric which is nice but that also makes it that there’s not nearly as much give on the canvas to break them in. I have super high arches so I have to avoid skate slip ons and always stick with the classics because the canvas presses down so hard on the top of my foot
