I bought two pairs of Vans shoes in October 2023, and I just noticed that one of the shoes has a manufacturing defect! The small piece of leather that represents the Vans signature was not sewn on, only glue was holding it to the shoe. They must have run out of thread when sewing it on…
Do you have any idea how to fix this?
No return possible, I bought It when I was in vacation in a other country.

try hand sewing it, black thread/whatever color they used
you’d probably want to use the stitch holes that are already there
Have you tried to return them in store because even if things are bought online or from another state you can return to any store.
from another state yes but at least in the US vans return policy states they cannot be returned from another country
True biz, also contact customer service directly as they may have more avenues to be helpful and rectify this.
I just contacted the store to see what they can do. I’ll keep you informed.
