I’ve always done my foundation first and then eye makeup afterward. If I get any glittery eyeshadow on my face it’s hard to get off. So my question is a little chicken or the egg. Do you all do your eye makeup first or your foundation first??

I always do foundation first.
Use scotch tape and a fan brush to lift the fallout off. Anything with a lot of fallout gets replaced too. I am not into shades that do that. I swear at them and give them nasty names. lol
