I just bought the Valentino Eye2Cheek in Night Fairy, which sounds up your alley. I’m trying to think of a budget option. I love the shade you describe for winter, I have a lot of this shade in luxury options. The Giorgio Armani Blush in Mystery is another option. Will edit when I find a budget option I know I have one!
The NYX Marshmellow Primer works well for dry skin. My skin is dry and a lot of times I just use Embroylisse, a French moisturizer, as primer. I also like the Milk primer and the NYX Bare With Me Hydrating Jelly primer. Another good hydrating primer is the Smashbox Original Photo Finish Smooth and Blur Primer.
