  • Same experience. They told me several times that shipping cost will be super high and “threatened” me that they had parcels missing in the past so they couldn’t refund and that it’s my own risk if I decide to send the items back because of “unknown factors such as parcels lost or damaged”. They begged me to keep the “keyboard” and accept a 5 EUR discount. I didn’t even order a keyboard but switches. They also offered me a “big discount”. Which turned out to be “If I have a new order, they would like to offer me a VIP gift”, but I first had to make a new order. Needless to say there was and won’t be a new order. Eventually I kept the the switches since they were cheap and not worth the time discussing. But I’ll never ever buy again from Akko.
